Left Over tips:

Keep the Left over curries which you dont want to eat now in the freezer and whenever you want to have stuffed parathas, just mix the flour in that curry,if you curry has too much texture mash it with the masher ,add pinch each of cumin and carom seeds, salt ,check if the dough needs more water or not depending on the curries consistency.take big dollops usually double than your usual chapati dollop and roll thick parathas.believe me  these are much tastier than the usual potato or any other paratha.

Take meat from the left over barbeque and make a curry next day with some onions and tomatoes.it will create a new dish and that too quick as the meat is already cooked.

If the left over chutney is not enough for everybody fry 2-3 tomatoes and  some green chillies and 2-3 garlic pods in a spoon of oil and grind adding some  salt to make a new chutney the next day.
