Cookware I Love...

Iam very keen on the cookware i use in my kitchen. After all they are my tools. And iam a regular customer of amazon. My recent hunt for new cookware set landed me to my fav Rachael Ray's 10-piece cookware nonstick hard anodized set.Iam a fan of rachael ray and Giada,so i thought lets try rachael's brand, and iam happy that i bought it.first i checked its reviews on the amazon, then i went to Kohls store to check its quality.i was so happy with it  but the price was little expensive so came home and ordered from Amazon.Iam so happy to cook in these pots and pans that i thought i should share it with all of you who are looking for a good cookware.

Iam looking for a good deal for Rachael Ray's 6-piece silicone spatula set right now.

And one thing i would like to share with all of you is dont use nonstick for non-veg with bones, they tend to scratch its surface gradually and always use silicone spatulas for cooking and soft sponge side of scrub for cleaning them.i dint take care of all these stuffs previously and so my first set lasted only 4 yrs (some Mirro brand).Hopefully i wil take care of my new set and it will run longer.

My Hand Mixer...

I love my Toastmaster hand mixer. It's a 6-speed mixer which i had been using for 6 years.when i was buying it , i was lil skeptical of its uses, but now i feel this is one tool i cant run my kitchen without. It always comes in handy for baking cakes, cookies and my fav brownies. You might find it strange but i use this to mix my Idli batter for about 5-10 mins and i get real soft idli.Actually my mom used to mash the batter with her hands for a while to get soft idlis.I found this alternate as who has those strong hands these days to mash the batter.it does a make difference in the softness of idlis ,try once and you wil know it.
